Important changes in the Globitex General Terms and introducing the Rules of Conduct
Feb 06, 2019Please note that on February 5th 2019, the EURO Wallet will be introduced – a personal euro account within the Globitex crypto exchange platform.
As this is a large step forward, Globitex has updated its General Terms and introduced Rules of Conduct which explains the updated Globitex exchange account levels and introducing the EURO Wallet account.
The main changes that concern existing Globitex clients are in the Globitex exchange account levels:
Changes concerning individuals: Level 1 account – Globitex clients with an active Mini Level account (Cryptocurrency account) will notice that the name of their account level has changed to Level 1 account. The Level 1 account will have a lifetime limit of EUR 15’000 for cryptocurrency outbound transactions; Level 2 account – Globitex clients with an active Advanced Level account and clients with an Unlimited Level account will now have a Level 2 account, where the account limits for outbound transactions have been set to EUR 30’000 per month. The functionality of the account remains the same.
Changes concerning entities: Level 2 account – Globitex clients with an active Corporate account will notice that their account name has changed to Level 2 account and their operational limits for outbound transactions have been set to EUR 90’000 per month. An active Level 2 account allows to apply for the EURO Wallet.
Introducing the EURO Wallet The EURO Wallet allows you to manage your EUR payment operations from the Globitex cryptocurrency exchange platform. An existing Globitex client with an active Level 2 account can easily apply for the EURO Wallet by submitting your ID and selfie through live video stream through the Globitex exchange platform.
The main features offered by the EURO Wallet are:
Personal IBAN account; Send and receive third party EUR SEPA payments; Instantly deposit and withdraw EUR on your Globitex trading account.
The introduction of the EURO Wallet and fees associated with it, the Globitex General Terms have been updated with an authorization for Globitex to settle outstanding fees / charges for third-party services you have applied for, access and use via the Globitex platform (please see point 6.9. of the General Terms). For example, if you have a negative balance in your EURO Wallet, your Globitex trading account will be debited to cover the negative balance.

Continued use of your Globitex account implies that you have agreed to the General Terms and Rules of Conduct. If you do not agree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of the services and close your account.
